European Sales Director

As a seasoned commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Europe in the brick facade sector. Our client, a leading Finnish company, specializes in high-performance insulation solutions and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their expansion into new markets.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and distribution, particularly in building materials, and proven ability to manage partnerships and drive new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement market strategies for Germany and Europe
- Manage relationships in the UK, Norway, and Sweden, supporting sales
- Plan new market entries in Europe, establish networks, and build key stakeholder relationships
- Develop and manage budgets and sales targets, monitor performance
- Work with the Polish production team to ensure product quality and availability
- Align commercial goals with factory capabilities
- Act as the main contact for high-level client relationships
- Represent the company at industry events
- Report progress to the CEO and board, adjusting strategies as needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with European distribution channels and market entry strategies
