Job Description

At AltexSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our team.

This role will be focused on delivering high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, JPA, and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable microservices architecture for cloud-based environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs and services
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of clean code principles and adhere to industry best practices
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to complex problems, ensuring optimal resource utilization and scalability
  • Maintain accurate documentation of application updates and modifications, providing valuable insights to the team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, JPA (JPA2, Hibernate), and API development/integration
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix interface-related issues
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB)
  • AWS Developer Certification is a plus
