Job Description

The role of a Network Operations Engineer at emagine Sp. Z o.o. is to ensure the Day-to-Day availability of the production network, encompassing all aspects of Data, Voice, and Contact Center Services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 support in collaboration with Internal and External resources, including Vendors/Partners.
  • Contribute to Incident Management and Patch management processes.
  • Work on service restoration, sustainability, and proactive service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in Major Incident conference calls and identify required resources.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for any production outages.
  • Implement repeatable move, add, changes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for other engineers during Incidents and Changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in WAN, Relay, Operating System, IT Governance standards (ITIL), and Security (SoC).
  • Proficiency in networking protocols, devices, and technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Load Balancers, Aruba, Checkpoint, Riverbed, and Zscaler.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Experience working in a Global 24*7 support model.
  • Certifications: Network +, CCNA, CCNP.
