FP&A Controller

Beekeeper AG is a fast-growing SaaS company that is revolutionizing the way companies communicate with their employees. We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Controller to join our dynamic Finance team as we scale up our systems and processes to support the company's growth plans.

• Assist in the preparation and management of the yearly budget, mid-year forecasting, and long-term financial projections
• Prepare and analyze monthly actuals reporting
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
• Perform profitability analysis
• Prepare investor and board reports, as well as ad-hoc reports
• Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and assist in cash flow planning
• Complete bank reconciliations, dunning processes, and daily cash management
• Maintain the data and reporting structures in the Finance Tech Stack
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with a focus on automation
• Become an expert within the Finance team for systems such as SAP, Lucanet, and Chargebee

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting
• 2-5 years' relevant financial analyst experience
• Fluent in English (C1+)
• Accountability, ownership, and precision
• Proactive with a curious mindset
• A passion for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes, automate tasks, and drive efficiency
• A strong communicator able to represent the team cross-functionally

• Experience in a scaling up technology or SaaS company
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign/Lucanet/Chargebee
• German language skills
