Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team in the area of market surveillance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring trades, orders, and communications to detect market manipulation and insider trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize automated surveillance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for monitoring trades, orders, and communications to detect market manipulation and insider trading.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of monitoring processes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of monitoring tools in identifying suspicious activities related to the financial market.
• Support actions aligned with legal and regulatory requirements for financial market surveillance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior knowledge of the trading landscape.
• Strong communication skills, being able to explain complex concepts in different ways depending on the audience or stakeholder.
• Previous experience in banking and/or compliance areas.
• Data analysis and SQL skills to develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and process data from various sources.
• Experience with Cloud Solutions and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
