Chief Architect for AI Innovation

We're seeking a seasoned tech leader to spearhead our Innovation Development Team at Peak, driving cutting-edge products and projects that redefine the fintech landscape.

• Lead a team of 5-7 experienced full-stack developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality solutions and code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, business analysts, and innovation managers, to drive innovation and growth.
• Develop reusable AI components, architecting and implementing modules for rapid deployment across multiple products.
• Create and maintain a scalable framework, accelerating product development timelines and ensuring robust, secure applications.
• Conduct research, identifying emerging trends and technologies, and guide the team to explore innovative solutions.

• Strong technical leadership skills, with expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AI.
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with client-side developers and architects to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
