Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily support to local and global business users (Traders and Sales teams).
  • Managing incidents, service requests, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Booking deals and ensuring smooth trade execution.
  • Daily meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide feedback.
  • Maintaining and sharing knowledge bases and best practices with other regions.
  • Efficiently communicating with users during production incidents.
  • Following up with post-incident reviews and action plans.
  • Collaborating closely with international support teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Promoting good production practices.
  • Coordinating with deployment teams to roll out new application versions, including performing sanity checks after release.
