About the Role:

As a Tech Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable and robust architectures, and implement efficient code solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional software solutions.

About the Job Description:

This role involves:

  • Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support automated build and deployment processes.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

About the Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with Java 11+ projects.
  • Working knowledge of Spring Boot.
  • Understanding concepts of Multithreading in Java.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Clean Code, TDD, IaC, and agile methods.
  • A strong team player with good communication skills, who thinks in terms of solutions and actively offers them.
