We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Holisticon Connect, a custom software development company based in Poland.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-renowned bioinformatics company from the USA, committed to revolutionizing the field of bioinformatics through innovative software solutions. Our primary focus is to develop powerful, user-friendly tools that enable researchers, clinicians, and biotechnology professionals to analyze and interpret complex genomic data seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable web applications using TypeScript and Node.js;
  • Develop and maintain robust database solutions using PostgreSQL;
  • Build and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, AWS Batch, VPC, and other relevant AWS offerings;
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage them with Kubernetes;
  • Contribute to front-end development using Angular;
  • Implement event-driven and cloud-native architectural patterns;
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features;
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS Cloud services;
  • Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, AWS Batch, VPC, and related networking concepts;
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design;
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes;
  • Knowledge of Angular framework and front-end development practices;
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture and cloud-native patterns;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
