As an IT Recruiter at Inforce, your primary responsibility will be to source, select, and present top talent to our clients. This will involve working with various source platforms, conducting candidate interviews, and communicating with clients regarding recruiting achievements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and selecting candidates from various profiles
• Utilizing different source platforms, including LinkedIn
• Coordinating all interview stages (technical, project, and customer interviews)
• Communicating recruiting achievements to clients through emails, calls, and meetings

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
