Job Description
We are seeking a Junior IAM IT Analyst to support our IAM controls team in Gdynia, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of identity data, analyzing and comparing IAM data from different sources, and identifying discrepancies in IAM data. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with application owners and managers to explain documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience with IAM solutions, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. Additionally, familiarity with data analysis and IAM tools like SailPoint IIQ is preferred. You should have a high level of attention to detail, a structured approach to data verification, and the ability to identify inconsistencies in access and identity data.
