About the Role

You'll be part of the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to clients worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing skills in SAP ECM, working on various projects, and contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply technical knowledge of SAP ECM.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical background or education.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (MSSQL, Oracle), or ticketing/reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Bugzilla, OTRS).
  • English and German language skills (min. B1).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
  • Team player with good communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SAP and/or OpenText.
