About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database and Middleware Leader to join our team at Adform Sp. z o.o. As a key member of our Development & IT department, you will be responsible for driving and delivering our database and middleware technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver database and middleware technical roadmap
  • Strong partnership with architects to ensure right DB or/and MW technologies are selected for certain projects
  • Maintain and build strong delivery culture in the team
  • Nurture and grow strong engineering talent
  • Create and mediate environment to establish transparency and information flow within team
  • Ensure that people are motivated, engaged and collaborate across the organization
  • Oversee operational expenses of the team (examples: business trips, education, offsites, etc.) as well, as agreements and invoices of your team's services
  • Advocate Adform DNA (values) and development culture
