Head of DevSecOps

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps professional to join our team at Beekeeper AG. As the Head of DevSecOps, you will be responsible for leading our DevSecOps team and driving the development of our cloud-based platform.

• Lead the DevSecOps team in building and maintaining a world-class infrastructure and security posture
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect our platform and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence
• Manage capacity forecasting and budgeting to ensure strategic investments
• Drive high reliability and availability, meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI

• Cloud, Kubernetes, and Networking expertise
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, GitHub, GIT, Jenkins, Agile, and Scrum
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
