Job Summary
As a Key Holder - Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our company and will be expected to embody our values of excellence, teamwork, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including maintaining a clean and well-organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
