We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Budapest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Android applications for healthcare data needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance Android applications for healthcare data needs, leveraging your expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Dagger, and Coroutines.
  • Explore, implement, and validate new ideas before full deployment, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, sharing your knowledge and expertise to achieve project goals.
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and design patterns, such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and usability, staying up-to-date with the latest mobile and healthcare tech trends.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Android development with experience in building and maintaining complex applications.
  • Strong expertise in Kotlin, including its syntax, features, and ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose and its use cases, including layout management, event handling, and animations.
  • Knowledge of Dagger and its application in dependency injection, including configuration and setup.
  • Experience with Coroutines and their usage in asynchronous programming, including concurrency and synchronization.
  • Understanding of REST API interactions and how to integrate them into Android applications.
  • Familiarity with Git and its use cases, including version control, branching, and merging.
  • Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns, including inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation.
  • Experience with MVVM architecture and its application in Android development.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and how to apply them in software development.
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture and its application in Android development.
  • Experience with Wear OS and Health Connect API.
  • Familiarity with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and its usage in Android applications.
  • Knowledge of React Native or Flutter and their application in cross-platform development.
