Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a personal assistant to our Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP, including travel management, expense reporting, and calendar organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the VP's schedule and itinerary, coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
