Purchasing Department Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Department Director to lead our procurement team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, setting departmental goals, and monitoring progress.

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of approximately 100 people, including direct reports (3 people), and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose process improvements and automation (RPA) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performance Monitoring: Accountable for performance, control, and reporting regarding assigned service level and KPI targets.
• Tool Implementation: Support the implementation of appropriate procurement tools and transfer procurement activities to the service delivery center.

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Purchasing, including 5 years in a managerial position (minimum 3 years as a Director leading a team of at least 50 people).
• Skillset: Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to mentor managerial team members, technical knowledge and understanding of processes, components, and supply chain management.
• Language Skills: B2/C1 level of English.
• Software: Experience working with SAP and Coupa.
• Driving License: Category B driving license.

• Stable Employment: Stable employment in an international company with an open-ended employment contract (after the probation period).
