Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Knowledge Management expert to join our team as a Quality Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of marketing campaigns processes and sales support activities. This involves delivering high-quality performance metrics, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective quality management processes and performance metrics to ensure quality related to marketing campaign processes and sales support activities.
  • Support initiatives of operational excellence through reporting and process improvements.
  • E nsure adherence to regulatory and corporate compliances by the delivery team.
  • Conduct audits, analyze findings, and collaborate with service delivery managers and leadership to address audit results.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement adequate corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cross-functional capabilities and suggest innovative ideas to improve existing processes.
  • Participate in reviewing standards, procedures, tools, and processes.
  • Onboard new users and retrain existing staff on marketing campaigns processes.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in knowledge management and QA functions.
  • Experience in training/mentoring in quality management-related topics.
  • Capable of quick learning and delivering quality solutions as an individual and part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA applications.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • At least a bachelor's degree.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to set priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work in flexible schedules.
