Senior Software Engineer

The firm has unlocked institutional access to crypto by providing reliable liquidity across market conditions.

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team in Zielona Góra and strengthen our existing engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and components for our cutting-edge tech stack, including trading platforms and related infrastructure.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from peers to ensure high-quality codebases.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and technologies.
• Work closely with other teams to investigate and solve issues that impact our trading platform and overall business operations.
• Maintain and enforce good quality internal documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.

• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Django+DRF or another commonly used Python web-based framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and some design patterns.
• Clean and efficient coding style, with a focus on readability and maintainability.
• Experience with Celery, Kafka, Redis, gRPC, and other distributed systems and messaging protocols.
• Understanding of web technologies and protocols, including HTTP and WebSocket.
• Some experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and/or AWS is a plus.
• Interest in crypto and/or trading is a nice to have.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
