Motorola Solutions Systems Polska, a leading provider of mission-critical communication solutions, is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Testing Engineer to join our Product & Services Cyber organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with diverse teams to assist in the implementation of automated and manual application security scans for our products. This includes identifying security issues, collaborating with security champions across development teams, and analyzing scan results to confirm exploitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with security champions to identify security issues and implement remediation plans.
  • Customize automated scanners using internally developed scanning rules.
  • Analyze scan results to identify false positives and confirm exploitability of findings.
  • Perform penetration scans and prepare detailed reports.
  • Implement internal tools for automation of security-related tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application security, including securing applications (blue team) or disclosing vulnerabilities (red team).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of common vulnerability types.
  • Basic programming skills, preferably in Java, Python, or NodeJS environments.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
