About the Role

">
  • Design, develop and configure custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems using APIs, MID servers and IntegrationHub to facilitate data exchange.
  • Maintain and optimize existing modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing customizations to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with architects and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and platform maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery to drive project success.
  • Ensure platform compliance with security and governance policies to protect sensitive information.

About the Team

">As part of our ServiceNow Product Team, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of features on the ServiceNow platform. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions and developing custom applications to meet business needs.">[5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow is required. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer, ITSM or Implementation Specialist are advantageous. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies including HTML, CSS and AngularJS is necessary. Experience with CMDB, Discovery and integrations is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and DevOps practices is essential. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.">
