About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IoT Architect to join our team at Spyrosoft. As an IoT Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IoT solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop IoT architectures that integrate with our cloud-based platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation for IoT platforms
  • Participate in the architecture community of practice and collaborate with system architects from the customer side
  • Responsible for monitoring, testing, and improving the performance of IoT subsystems
Requirements
  • Java programming skills
  • Experience with IoT best practices and architectures
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures and specific CSP/cloud providers, especially Azure
  • DevOps practices and technologies (CI/CD, Observability, Automation, IaC, Containerisation)
  • K8S/AKS and GitOps (ArgoCD)
  • Microservice, event-oriented, and asynchronous architectures
  • Documentation of architectures – concrete experience with arc42 would be desirable
