Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to ensure the seamless operation of our technology platforms and deliver consistent, high-quality performance.

This role combines operational excellence with automation and problem-solving, playing a critical part in maintaining robust, scalable, and resilient environments.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and application support teams to safeguard service continuity, address incidents, and drive ongoing improvements to our runtime ecosystems.


About the Role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the availability, reliability, and performance of core services and applications.

Proactively identifying opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency is key to your success.

Conducting detailed root cause analyses and preparing comprehensive incident reports to prevent reoccurrence is also an essential responsibility.

Working in partnership with technical and business teams to translate operational requirements into actionable priorities is crucial.

Continuously monitoring mission-critical platforms, ensuring service-level commitments are consistently met or exceeded, is another critical aspect of this role.


Requirements
  • Site Reliability Engineering expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong background with cloud platforms — particularly AWS.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform) and configuration management solutions (e.g., Ansible).
  • Practical experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
  • Solid coding/scripting skills in Python and PowerShell; ability to read and understand C# is a plus.
