Chief Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction in the B2C segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create product development plans and choose appropriate promotion strategies.
• Analyze competitors and develop pricing strategies.
• Optimize sales scripts to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Italian (C1 level) and Ukrainian or Russian (B2-C1 level).

Desired Skills:

• Project management expertise.
• Understanding of the Customer Development method.
• Fundamentals of internet advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Able to define and describe customer personas, analyze and segment target audiences.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales funnels.
• Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to conduct research and marketing experiments.
