Technical Lead - DevOps/Platform Team

This is a leadership role where you will guide and grow our team of platform engineers in a 24/7 operational environment. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, executing it, and overseeing end-to-end ownership of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of platform engineers
  • Define and execute technical vision
  • Actively contribute to the codebase
  • Oversee the team's end-to-end ownership of the platform
  • Drive collaboration with other engineering teams
Requirements:
  • LINUX operating systems (RHEL preferred)
  • VIRTUALIZATION technologies (PROXMOX, VMware ESXi, KVM)
  • CONTAINER ORCHESTRATION platforms (Kubernetes, K8s)
  • SCRIPTING LANGUAGES (Bash, Python, Ruby)
  • AUTOMATION of infrastructure and application deployments (Ansible, Terraform)
  • C.I./C.D. tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • NETWORKING concepts and principles, and SECURITY best practices
Soft Skills:
  • FLUENT ENGLISH
  • ABILITY to define and guide the overall mission, goals, and roadmap of the platform team
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING and DECISION-MAKING: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical and organizational challenges efficiently
