HR Administration and Payroll Team Leader

This is a leadership role that requires coordination of end-to-end delivery, task distribution, skills management, process design, reporting, and external supplier management.

About the Role

In this position, you will personally contribute to services like payroll preparation, data management, time and absence management, and employment contracts. You will also collaborate on developing HR services for the Polish entity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the team, manage tasks and performance, develop required skills, and drive change management.
  • Manage mobility/international assignments projects with supplier supports, ensure compliance with law, internal regulations, and policies.
  • Respond to employee queries, support data governance, drive harmonization of HR policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for managing KPIs, developing organization towards them, and supervising a team of 6 employees.

Requirements
  • SAP, MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Time and Attendance System, Workday.
