• receiving and processing orders
• preliminary determination of repair prices and terms, continuous communication with customers
• planning workshop capacity
• cooperation in the management of spare parts ordering and delivery
• close cooperation with other team members from the service team

• interest in cars and user-level knowledge of computers
• middle school education, or vocational training with a maturity exam, in a technical field
• experience in a similar position or in the automotive-motor industry is an advantage
• meticulousness and responsibility
• an active driver

• work in a brand service
• single-shift operation, working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 16:00
• appropriate remuneration
