International Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Order Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The role covers two main areas:

  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Manage customer orders, including entry and monitoring in SAP (including EDI).
    • Handle product availability, shipment tracking, returns, and export documentation.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs.
  • Cash Collection:
    • Manage cash collection and ensure timely payments.
    • Send account statements and resolve invoice-related issues.
    • Support cash flow through proactive follow-up and adjustments.
    • Collaborate with credit managers, finance, and customers to resolve disputes.

Requirements:

  • University or college degree.
  • Fluency in English and the supported country language (additional languages are a plus), such as Spanish or Portuguese or French or German.
  • Experience in complex Customer Service or Order Management.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Experience in SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, or project management is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to system-driven tasks.
  • Proactive, accurate, and results-driven.
