Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in the payment domain, you will play a key role in driving and managing the initiative delivery process to successfully deliver on target. This involves eliciting, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements to enable business transformation in alignment with the target picture.

Key responsibilities include identifying and establishing proactive ways to manage the robustness and quality of processes and applications, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and up-to-date production environment.

You will also be responsible for keeping track and sharing the latest business and best practices to improve team performance and development, as well as driving and facilitating agile cooperation between stakeholders in business, IT, and external partners to enable successful deliveries that drive business performance.

In addition, you will provide payment expertise, including facilitating and driving discussions, coaching teams, and providing peer reviews to maximize customer value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in technology, with IT and/or business analysis with an engineering mindset
  • Knowledge of the banking/financial sector and cross border payments (SWIFT and ISO messages) and industry-wide payment processing products
  • Experience in SWIFT payments infrastructure, CBPR+, MT to MX migrations, RTGS, and Real-time payments
  • Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration, interface specifications, and Process Modelling
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, user interface prototyping, and design
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence
