Lead Enterprise System Analyst for Maritime ERP Modernization

At Idego Group Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive our client's maritime management company forward with cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role:

We require a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in conducting Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and supporting ERP modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the value, costs, and effort required for ERP modernization by conducting thorough TDD on the existing system
  • Analyze the .NET + Oracle technology stack to determine its viability for future development
  • Evaluate database migration challenges and estimate the effort required for data transformation
  • Provide recommendations on modernization versus new system development, backed by data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
  • Proven expertise in TDD, ERP analysis, and data migration
  • Detailed knowledge of .NET + Oracle technologies and their application in enterprise systems
  • Ability to create comprehensive cost analyses and implementation strategies
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with backlog management tools, such as Jira, including creating, prioritizing, and tracking progress
  • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on clear and structured project documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and practical experience working with agile teams
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to tackle complex challenges and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
