Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis for complex business-optimization projects across different departments. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance business processes.
- Requirements Management: Translate business ideas into clearly structured requirements: formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide results using Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI/SQL (nice to have).
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring that all project artifacts are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions, ensuring that all potential issues are mitigated.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, applying this knowledge to improve business processes and drive innovation.
- Supplier Selection: Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluating the usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills.
- UML/BPMN modeling expertise.
