As a Technical Support Specialist, you can expect a stable job with flexible office options, including remote work, and a work shifts schedule from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00. You will also enjoy a dynamic, multicultural environment within a fast-growing global company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2)
  • 1 year of experience in service desk, help desk, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Certifications in blackline, workiva, JIRA Service Desk, or similar tools

Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
