High-Impact Project Lead for Software Development

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can drive multiple high-impact projects to success. As a High-Impact Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with client expectations and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A degree in Computer Science (preferably with a specialization in project management) and a deep understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) are essential.
A strong client focus, the ability to guide discussions, navigate challenges, and provide high-level strategic advice are also crucial. You will be expected to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while continuously improving processes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior project managers and other team members, encouraging their professional growth and helping them develop their skills.
