As a DocuSign Systems Consultant, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Human Resource, Legal & Compliance, and Procurement, to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and pain points.

• Bridge the Gap between Business Needs and Technical Solutions:
• You will analyze how to provide improvements to stakeholders, identifying areas where technology can make a significant impact.
• Detailed Requirements Capture:
• Collect comprehensive requirements from stakeholders to ensure that all needs are captured prior to development.
• Process Automation Expert:
• Design and build workflows to support and enhance business processes, focusing on automating manual tasks.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing to guarantee that workflows function as expected, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute final testing.
• User Adoption and Training:
• Provide training to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption across the organization.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management:
• Create and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administrative Support:
