We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our factory logistics operations towards operational excellence. The successful candidate will develop and implement a 5-year roadmap for factory logistics operations, emphasizing automation and scalability.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a clear vision for the future of Logistics, aligned with company goals.
• Automation Strategy: Define and implement an automation strategy to optimize production efficiency and scalability.
• Documentation of Project Phases: Maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation for every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Presentation & Communication: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate project status, milestones, risks, opportunities, and strategic outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale logistics projects, including automation initiatives.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
