We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at Antal.

Job Summary

This role involves managing and expanding relationships with current customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meeting or surpassing new business revenue goals by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to responding to leads, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong connections with enterprise clients, prioritizing existing partnerships, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience at a key account or enterprise level, with a proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations.
  • A demonstrable track record of managing key national or international accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level.
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is approximately 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience. The package includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
