Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at Antal.
Job SummaryThis role involves managing and expanding relationships with current customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meeting or surpassing new business revenue goals by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to responding to leads, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong connections with enterprise clients, prioritizing existing partnerships, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience at a key account or enterprise level, with a proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations.
- A demonstrable track record of managing key national or international accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience. The package includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
