Job Description

The Product Security Engineer plays a vital role in analyzing and evaluating security measures.

Developing solutions to address security vulnerabilities and coordinating cybersecurity testing are key responsibilities.

Our products in the task area Distribution Automation Solutions (Power Grids) require thorough evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, penetration testing, and product security is essential.
  • Understanding of common vulnerabilities and exploits is critical.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Nessus is required.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, application protocols concepts, and experience with at least one programming language such as Python or C++ is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team is crucial.
  • Fluent communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Polish and German language skills are an asset.
