Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust data pipelines to process large volumes of HR data.
  • Develop and maintain data models using DBT to ensure structured and accessible data.
  • Integrate data sources using Fivetran and manage the flow into Snowflake.
  • Build data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement data governance policies to ensure the safe handling of sensitive HR data.
  • Collaborate with teams across geographies to align data efforts with HR strategies.
  • Automate infrastructure management with Terraform.
  • Use Git for version control and help HR users create PowerBI dashboards.

About the Role

Holisticon Connect is seeking two experienced Data Engineers to join a team working with a leading Swedish investment client with a global presence.

This is a full-time role with preferred on-site work in Warsaw, offering remote flexibility.

You will work closely with an international team to build a strong data foundation to support data-driven HR strategies.

Your contributions will help unlock the full potential of HR data to drive better decision-making within the organisation.
