Job Title: System Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving IT systems and applications for our global clients.

You will work closely with development and operations teams to resolve technical issues, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless operations in the finance/stock exchange industry.

  • Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack
  • Incident Management & Ticketing: JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk

Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
  • Basic scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
  • Good command of English
