The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on industry standards and regional factors.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, informed by market insights and consumer feedback.

Creative Campaigns: Design and lead 360-degree marketing initiatives, leveraging digital, in-store, and other channels to drive measurable success.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of plans and strategies.

Financial Acumen: Manage brand profitability, review product offerings, and ensure budgets align with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
