Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a hybrid role, you will split your time between working from home and one day per week in our Poznań office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for mid and senior IT positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and offering.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and the COO to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Following market trends and proposing improvements to internal recruitment processes and overall people policies.
  • Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and happiness, as well as enhancing our presence in the tech community.
  • Organizing and attending tech meetups to build meaningful connections with the IT talent pool.
  • Initiating and enhancing internal engagement initiatives to strengthen employee connection to the company culture.
  • Creating compelling content for social media, career pages, and other marketing platforms.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B2-level English or higher.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and marketing tools.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute detailed plans.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing.
