Job Summary

To excel in this position, you must have a proven track record of delivering secure middleware solutions.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with multiple middleware technologies, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, Apache HTTP Server, and Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing robust security measures for middleware platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading a technical team and driving business growth through effective stakeholder management.
  • A deep understanding of Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks and their application in middleware security.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
  • A customer-centric approach to consultancy and a strong desire to empower teams.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and adapt to changing situations.
Main Responsibilities

Create and maintain secure configuration baselines for middleware software, including IBM WebSphere Application Server and Oracle WebLogic Server.

Collaborate with middleware technical subject matter experts to establish secure configuration baselines.

Develop and implement compliance checks.

Provide guidance on remediation for IT Service Owners.

Foster relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their security needs and expectations.
