You will contribute to engineering strategy, improve recruiting and cultural practices, and oversee diverse projects across the Risk Engineering team. As the manager of this team, you will lead global expansion of the Remittance product for our KYC (know your customer) and identity verification products. You will lead your team to collaborate asynchronously across timezones and business functions. You will guide the creation of excellent technical systems with minimal tech debt.

Key Responsibilities:
