We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join our team in shaping the future of Connect/Host to Host (H2H) architecture. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and guiding the implementation of architectural vision for H2H initiatives.

  • Develop and Define Connect/Host to Host (H2H) Architecture: Lead the design and development of future-state architecture for H2H, ensuring it meets strategic goals, customer needs, and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with business, product management, technology, and support teams to gather requirements, align on objectives, and ensure the architecture supports business outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Develop architectures that comply with relevant regulations such as PSD2 and GDPR, and implement best practices for data security, privacy, and integrity.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in H2H by exploring new technologies, tools, and methods. Lead efforts to continuously improve architecture standards and practices within the organization.
  • Guidance and Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to other architects, engineers, and project teams. Mentor and support the development of architectural skills within the team.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital banking and H2H.
  • Deep understanding of H2H standards, API management, cloud computing, data security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
