Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Monogo. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project's overall success.
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including program managers, customers, and team members.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or IT environment.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Graph QL.
