Senior CRM Data Analyst

This senior role requires a strong focus on delivering high-impact business outcomes by leveraging data-driven insights to inform CRM strategies, optimize customer engagement and drive growth.

You will be expected to manage your work independently, collaborate across various departments, and actively contribute to business success.

In this position, your ability to independently analyze complex data, forecast marketing performance, and influence key business decisions will directly impact the success of CRM efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM data tools and ensure data quality, integrity, and effective use across departments.
  • Support the integration of new data sources and tools, ensuring that systems align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead the adoption of data best practices, continuously improving internal processes and workflows related to CRM analytics.
  • Lead strategic data initiatives, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance CRM effectiveness and improve business outcomes.
  • Independently manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Balance a broad range of business needs to ensure successful growth in a cost-effective manner.
  • Be a great team member, inspiring and supporting the team to be efficient, focused and achieve profit.
