Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architecture Engineer to join our innovative project focused on building an advanced, cloud-based contact center platform using AWS Connect and AI/ML technologies.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to design and implement a scalable and secure infrastructure using AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lex, and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud architecture design, DevOps practices, and AI/ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end architecture for the contact center platform
- Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact flows
- Integrate with Lex and other conversational AI tools
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform
- Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of AI/ML services in production environments
- Provide DevOps leadership and establish infrastructure standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lex, and Terraform
- Strong background in AI/ML within the AWS ecosystem
- Familiarity with NLP and speech recognition features using AWS tools
- Hands-on experience with call routing, queuing logic, and IVR/VoIP systems
- Knowledge of contact flows, queue management, and Terraform
- Expertise in AWS Connect, IVR, VoIP, and DevOps practices
