Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical documentation for cutting-edge communication solutions applicable in a wide range of industries evolving in the digital age. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will join Mariusz Kaczmarek's talented team and collaborate with experienced colleagues from Poland and Switzerland. Your primary responsibilities include creating and updating product documentation, cooperating with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and other Technical Writers, talking to development teams and SMEs to clarify feature details, taking the lead of documentation projects, sharing your knowledge with team members, inspecting features, generating built-in help for Network Management System software, creating end-user targeted documentation packages, and publishing them on the company portal. You will also have the chance to learn how our software works and become a subject matter expert. Additionally, you may generate and commit simple scripts for automatic GUI views capturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or higher in technical writing, English, Communications, Engineering, or a related area of study. You must also be fluent in English (both written and spoken). At least six years of experience in a similar role are required, along with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to prepare easy-to-read text in plain English. Knowledge of international style guides for writing in English is beneficial, as is experience working with a docs-as-code workflow and ability to prepare simple code samples. Proficiency in technical writing tools, content management systems, source control systems (Git), Azure DevOps, Python, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, PostgreSQL, API, Degree, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js is essential.
