SAP SD Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant to lead our SAP SD rollout project in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment with the global SAP template and adapt global processes to comply with Polish legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Coordinate with central/global SAP teams and local business users to ensure smooth implementation of sales, billing, and distribution processes.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and define local requirements for sales, billing, and distribution processes.
  • Configure SAP SD to reflect local business specifics, including tax codes, invoice formats, and customer master data structure.
  • Organize and lead workshops with local business stakeholders to discuss project details and objectives.
  • Prepare functional specifications for any required custom developments or local interfaces.
  • Support testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities to ensure seamless transition.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement suggestions to enhance the overall system performance.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of SAP SD and Polish localization requirements (JPK, VAT, white list checks, document numbering).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of Fiori apps is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications include SAP certification (e.g., S/4HANA Sales), familiarity with SAP Document Compliance / e-invoicing solutions, experience working in international rollout programs (multiple countries), and German language skills if the central team is based in the DACH region.
